Local outreach is the most effective way to reach the un-churched.  We encourage and teach our members about their spiritual responsibility, to be 'hope sharers' and 'inviters' with others in their daily lives for Jesus Christ. "…Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have…" ~ 1 Peter 3:15.

Throughout the year we offer classes that teach our members how to become 'A Contagious Christian' and share their hope they have in Jesus Christ with their friends and neighbours.

Servant evangelism at HBC provides events that are planned throughout the course of the year to meet the considered needs of those in our community.  In our world, many people cynically believe that the church is "on the take" and question the sincerity of the church's love for them.

At Harlington Baptist Church, we are a pillar to our community and we meet some very real needs just because that is what Jesus would do. "Working with the Harlington Hospice," "Family Nights" and "Community Fairs" are just some of the fun and fulfilling ways we serve our community.
